Why has Mirvac upgraded the end of trip facilities?
Following feedback from our customers, Mirvac has delivered a brand-new end of trip facilities to enhance the amenities at Riverside Quay, improving customer’s experience in the building. The amenities are now easier to access, are all in one location, and have the latest features and best-in-class design.

What is on offer in the new facilities?
The new amenities have grooming stations, GHD hairdryers and straighteners, fresh daily towel service, a filtered drink fountain, and 23 showers. Other features include over 300 lockers with a smart access system using your building pass. There are 200 bike parking spaces available with six electric bike charging stations and a bike maintenance station.

Who can access the new amenities?
Tenants of 1 Southbank Boulevard, 4 Riverside Quay, and 6 Riverside Quay can access the new amenities using their building access card.

Who designed the amenities?
Leading Australian architects, Architectus, designed the new amenities. The design takes you on a journey through the functional connecting spaces using natural materials. The palette was inspired by the Australian landscape's soft colours to deliver a modern and vibrant environment.

How can you access the new facilities?
Access to the new amenities has moved from the car park entrance off Riverside Quay to the new entrance off Southbank Boulevard to create a dedicated entranceway. You can also access the end of trip facilities via the lift to basement level (without your bicycle). You will require your building access pass to enter.

How can I book a locker?
Contact your office manager to find out more about booking a locker and to ask about locker allocations for your Company.

Casual weekly locker hire is available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. To reserve a causal locker, follow the locker operating instructions within the end-of-trip facility. Lockers automatically open each Friday at 8pm for cleaning to ensure the amenities are kept clean and tidy.

Any item not stored in a locker overnight, or left in a locker after 8pm on a Friday, will be transferred to lost property from where if not claimed after a 4 week period may be donated to charity, recycled or disposed of.
